Return & Refund Policy

The product will be replaced only if the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect. The customer must inform us via our Facebook page within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the product, and after confirming the authenticity of the damage, a replacement package will be sent to the customer to replace the damaged package!

  • If the customer wishes to cancel the order, this must be done before 10 am the next day, as orders are prepared at this time.

The customer has the right to cancel the order if the shipment from the store is delayed for more than 10 working days. The customer is consulted if he wishes to cancel or complete the purchase.
